Sportspick will use or disclose personal information for the purpose, which was either specified or reasonably apparent at the time of collection. Sportspick may also use your personal information to send marketing or promotional material to you, unless you indicate that you do not wish to receive it. Sportspick will only disclose personal information to third parties in the following : - where third party contractors appointed by Sportspick require access to personal information held by us to perform services for us.
- where Sportspick believes it is necessary to protect any person and/or Sportspick’s rights or property.
- where Sportspick’s is required or authorised by law to do so.

Sportspick will not sell your personal information to other companies. Customers are welcome to request personal information Sportspick holds about them. To obtain a copy of the information we have about you, please write to us requesting your information and including your full name, address, account number, signature etc. We will inform you if a cost applies to finding the information before we perform this task. Changing Information
If you wish to change personal information that is inaccurate or out-of-date, you may write to Sportspick and the record will be changed.
